Thanks very much, we will be returning here soon, enjoyed this hotel. The place is wonderful small and fairly clean, it offers lovely breakfast and unbeatable location to the Citadel. A nice touch is also the strong beverages in the sushi bar. All in all they offer exceptional service...

We loved having a king-sized bed in our room! 🛏️ Our breakfast was tasty and hot, featuring authentic cuisine and a great egg station.

The room was can use some updated furniture and available with good bed and great view, for instance. Hotel's location was magnificent and perfect, in the around neighbourhood.

The location is comfortable, at a reasonable distance from a beautiful bird park. the breakfast is delightful and fantastic, with a great variety of food. - the hotel provides excellent service. - I would definitely choose to stay here again if there are no other plans.

Enjoyed this small hotel, particularly good location and airy rooms. The employees of the property were absolutely kind. The restaurant was nice at the last floor, I tried excellent dishes. A seating area and a kettle were a huge plus. Everything was simply good.

My business trip went really well thanks to my stay at this place. It's conveniently located right next to the city center, making it super easy to get around. I had a delicious meal at the rooftop restaurant nearby 🍽️.

The hotel is under renovation that some odor is inevitable and I'm quite allergy to it. And the air-conditioning system is shut down (no prior notice), it's fine if the weather is still cool nowadays. I left the GPS charger at the hotel and luckily, they can find it in a prompt action and allowed Hertz to take it back.

1/ No kettle is provided for making tea. When i asked the Front Desk, the guy told me to buy it ourselves !!!! 2/ Odor - renovation. You can smell it at your room. 3/ Shut down air-conditioning service without notice.

Not sure if the booking was received because I got an upgrade into the Royal Suite :-) but without any questioning, just by showing the printed booking confirmation from Booked.net Understandably I was very pleased about excellent service, rooms and food also!

Everything was good during my stay at Alqasr Metropole Hotel, making it my top choice for my next visit to Amman. I booked a double room with a king-size bed and enjoyed a wonderful view of Amman. - the hotel provided good service, and I was pleased with the overall experience. - Having the convenience of parking nearby was a definite plus.

Convenient location with free wireless internet - good restaurant and night club in hotel.

Some restaurant and security staff appeared to have difficulty communicating in language other than Arabic

The ac didnt work properly so I asked the management to fix it. No one responded to my frequent requests. The same happened with Wireless internet fixing request. I had to change the hotel the next morning after a horrible night.

The building here is really nice and the room has been recently renovated, so it looks great. If you're into vegetarian options, definitely go for the breakfast - it's absolutely amazing! 🌿

Good place to relax and organize ourselves prior to leaving Jordan after long Middle Eastern trip.Located in very nice area of Amman.

Two of 3 restaurants were closed for renovation, so lack of anything "local". Needed to eat out. Lack of pool was a pity.
